About The Creator
Hello creative soul, I'm Lauren. I'm a painter and former high school art teacher turned business owner, mindset mentor and mandala artist. For as long as I can remember, I've worked with colour (and the principals of colour theory) to inform my palette design choices and elevate the impact of my final pieces. I believe that my affinity for and understanding of advanced colour principals is about 75% of why I've always found it easy to sell my art and attract a fast-growing community from sharing it online. Not because I'm the best artist, but because I understand WHY people love art, and the psychological and emotional implications that colour has on the art that we both love, and the art that we don't.
I haven't just used colour theory & palette design for my own art, either. I've taught it to countless high school art students, especially those putting together advanced art portfolios in order to apply to some of the world's most elite art schools.
Utilizing your knowledge of colour theory to create pro-level palettes can take a finished piece from flat, to depth-filled. It's the reason that we can't look away from some pieces of artwork, while immediately moving on from others.

Creating captivating colour palettes means standing out on people's For You & Discover pages and increasing engagement on socials. It means painting mandalas that people feel emotionally drawn to and thus, desire to have more of in their lives. It means elevating the success of your final pieces, and attracting more opportunities through your art.
