Hello beautiful soul, I'm Lauren. I'm an artist and former high school art teach turned full-time entrepreneur, mindset/marketing coach and most recently, die-hard mandala-enthusiast.
I believe that most people are creative in nature and capable of producing beautiful works of art with the proper mindset and step-by-step approach to teach them how.
My story goes something like this:
2018 - Leave my career as a high school art teacher to start an online business as a mindset/marketing mentor for creative entrepreneurs
2020 - Scale said business to 6-figures and then multiple 6-figures, teaching others the power of their thoughts and how to use their mind to create any reality they desire to; alchemizing their creativity into fulfilling and impactful online income streams
2021 - Begin struggling with my own mindset and mental health in the midst of lockdowns and endless mandates for two straight years in Toronto where I live, which begins to gravely impact my business, income, and overall joy of life
2022 - Discover dot-painting as a means to become present, reconnect with myself, heal my nervous system and once again find the the peace of mind I value more than anything
2023 - Truly find myself again, and begin to build Love & Dots to help others do the same, returning to my roots as an artist and teacher, but this time through the lens of meditative art practices and the immense & powerful impact they have on our lives
For me, mandalas has been a much-needed return to love, through dots.
